Lets do the time warp again

Sherlock glanced up from his paper, his eyes falling on Tasha who was just ironing some clothes.  Roo had flown over from America where she had been living for about 4 years with her son Lockian who had just turned 5 along with Jade.  They had moved out there after the loss of Bayern, who died in an accident 3 years ago.  It felt odd to see Tasha ironing such small clothes again with a slightly reminiscent grin.  She looked up at Sherlock with a warm smile before coming and sitting next to him.
"Are you still unsure about that grey Sherlock?"
He laughed slightly, he had developed a grey streak in his raven black hair that started on the left side of his forhead and went back through his hair, near his ear he also had the stars to grey.  Tasha still had her hair a soft brunette colour, matching her bright brown eyes.  Sherlock's eyes had started to grey much like his hair, he'd always had pale eyes but they were much less green than they were when him and Tasha first met.
"Daaaaaaad!"
A voice came from one of the bedrooms as out came a slightly dishevelled looking teenager.  His tanned skin and pale eyes made him look almost Greek in origin, when in reality he wasn't.  His dark hair was in a fauxhawk with a red streak down the centre.
"Dad tell Lock to get out of my roooom!"

Sherlock stood with a laugh walking up towards the young teen who simply pointed to a younger boy who was sat on a bed.  They young boy looked up at Sherlock.
"I want to play with Aly…."
Sherlock tilted his head.
"Dearest Lockian... just because you've been up since 4:30… doesn't mean Aly has.  He needs to shower and get dressed, you need to get ready for school."
Roo had enrolled Lockian in an English school, Baker Street Primary, for the times he was in the UK.  He liked it there and at the mention of school he immediately ran out of the room straight to Roo.
"Mummy mummy mummy school today school today!"
Roo smiled to her father, giving him a kiss on the cheek, which he returned.  Her soft eyes, an odd mix of blue and brown looked at her son.  He had a gap at the front of his mouth from where he'd lost a tooth, his accent was more American than Roo's was and he had dark curls and blue eyes with freckles.   He was small for a boy his age but got the Holmes family genes of a ridiculous intelligence.  Roo laughed, picking up the 5 year old boy and tickling his bare stomach
"Before school you need to get dressed… can you do that by yourself?  Can you show Granddad how you get dressed?"
Sherlock had stopped cringing at the term granddad a while ago, it was now simply a term that he heard.  Roo put Lockian down who eagerly grabbed Sherlock's hand and led him into the spare room where he slept.  

Roo gave a quick nod to Aly who simply stretched up and went back into his room.  Tasha smiled to Roo who gave her a hug and pointed to the other bedroom.  Tasha nodded with a slight smile as out of the door came a tall and slender girl with tanned skin, dark hair and very dark eyes, near black.  She smiled wearing a black shirt and tight jeans with a red flower in her hair.  Her voice was soft but unmistakeable with an Irish twinge on a rather deep London accent.
"Mum?  I can't find my eyeliner?"
She looked to Tasha who smiled and went into her purse, getting her own and giving it to the teenager.
"Don't use all of that Kyra-Jade."
Kyra laughed with a nod, disappearing into her room with an unmistakable giggle.  Roo rolled her eyes.

"you wait Tasha till she gets boyfriends…"
Tasha placed her hand on her heart.
"Her father would kill her…"
She laughed as Roo remembered how Sherlock had been with her boyfriends with a cringe.  Roo's face became slightly thoughtful as she spoke softly.
"What about Alyosius… how did he react to his… erm… announcement?"
Tasha smiled softly.  It had been 4 months since Alyosius told his parents that he was gay.  Sherlock's initial reaction was to shove it off as him just wanting some attention but it seemed that Aly's statement only became more sincere with time.  He really had no interest in any of the girls at his school and instead had been  caught more than a few times, staring at Kyra's admirers.  However Aly wasn't outwardly camp as such, he wore normal teenager clothes as far as Tasha was aware…
"Mum?  I'm going out!"
A call came from the bedroom as Aly stepped out wearing a grey tanktop and skinny fit jeans with converse.  His hair was styled in a very smart fauxhawk and his pale eyes shone.  Tasha poked her head round the kitchen door and looked at Aly with a raised eyebrow, watching him fetch his skateboard.
"Where are you going Alyosius?"
Aly rolled his eyes and looked back at his mother with a smile.
"Uncle Jimmy's… won't be long!"
He said taking off out the door.
